Kerala Cricket Assn demands probe

Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 26: The Kerala Cricket Association today demanded that the BCCI inquire into the alleged slapping of Sreesanth by Harbhajan Singh after an IPL match at Mohali last night. "This is a serious matter and this kind of behaviour should not be allowed from any player," KCA secretary T C Mathew told PTI when his comment was sought on the issue.

The BCCI should inquire into the matter to ascertain what had really happened and take action against whoever had erred, Mathew said.

He said the investigators could arrive at a conclusion on what had actually happened by gathering evidence from eye witnesses.
