COD files charges against 16 terror suspects
Hubli, Apr 26 (UNI) Corps of Detectives (COD) Police today filed chargesheets against 16 suspected terrorists arrested on charges of anti-national activity, at the Judicial Magistrate First Class Court One.
COD sources said the chargesheets were filed against Asadulla, Mohammed Asif, Shakeelahmed Mali, Alla Baksha, Yahya Kamakutty, Syyed Sadiqsameer, Riyazuddin, Hafiz Mulla (Adnan), Mirza Ahmed Baig, Shibli, Safdar Hanif Nagori, Kamarudin and four others.
The arrested were allegedly involved in conspiring to carry out terror activities in the State.
