CBI court issues summons to former DDA officials
New Delhi, Apr 26 (UNI) A CBI court today issued summons to former DDA officials for framing of charges against them under the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and various sections of Prevention of Corruption Act for April 30.
The CBI had registered cases against former DDA vice chairman Subhash Sharma, along with other officials under various sections of IPC and Prevention of Corruption Act, on March 26, 2003.
It was alleged that the DDA officials favoured the DLF in a project and allegedly accepted Rs 1.10 crores from the company.
CBI special judge Indermeet Kaur Kochar after hearing the matter ordered framing of charges against them on April 30.
