SAI to hold talent hunt trials in various disciplines
Patiala, Apr 25 (UNI) The Sports Authority of India (SAI) will hold trials for talented boys and girls in the age group of 17 to 22 years for admission to its Centre of Excellence here at the NIS in the sports disciplines of athletics, cycling, hockey and judo from May 5 to 8.
Free board/lodging, sports kit, competition exposure, insurance and medical cover for resident trainees will be provided to the selected sportspersons.
For non-resident trainees, a stipend of Rs.9000 per annum, free sports kit, competition exposure, insurance and medical cover are available.
