Property worth lakh gutted in fire

Bareilly, Apr 25 (UNI) Property worth lakh of rupees was gutted in a major fire that engulfed about eight houses in C B Ganj area here this morning.

The incident occurred at Chandipur Kajiyan colony, where the fire broke out in a house while cooking.

Within seconds, the nearby seven houses were also charred in the incident.

The fire-fighters took two hours to completely extinguish the flames.
