Man gets 10 yrs RI for raping minor
Kolhapur, Apr 25 (UNI) A local court today sentenced a man to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment (RI) for raping a minor girl in 2006.
Third Additional District sessions judge S M Gavane held Nandkumar Sitaram Jadhav guilty under sections 376, 354, 325 of Indian Penal Code and awarded the sentence.
Jadhav, a resident of Ramanmala, a suburb of city, lured the victim by offering her sweets and raped her on May 9, 2006.
Total 12 witnesses were examined in the case.
