GRP personnel suspended for laxity

Agra, Apr 25 (UNI) Two Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel were suspended today for laxity in duty.

Durgesh (25) of New Delhi was critically wounded, while attempting to step down of a running train in Rajmandi railway station here last night.

The incident was immediately reported to the Railway Police, but they didn't take any action on time.

Later, Durgesh was admitted to a hospital, where doctors had to amputate his legs to save his life.

Ram Narayan and Ram Singh were suspended for laxity.
