Christian Slater signs up for 'Dolan's Cadillac'

Washington, Apr 25 : Christian Slater has signed on to star in the movie adaptation of Stephen King's short story 'Dolan's Cadillac'.

Joining him in the film will be Wes Bentley and Emmanuelle Vaugier, who takes on the female lead.

The movie is a thriller about a man (Bentley), who plots to avenge the murder of his wife (Vaugier) by notorious and untouchable Las Vegas mob boss Jimmy Dolan (Slater).

Erik Canuel is directing from a script penned by Richard Dooling, reports Variety.

Production is scheduled to begin May 14 with Film Bridge overseeing financing and worldwide distribution.
