Rs 6395.38cr profit for Bharati Airtel in 07-08

Mumbai, Apr 25: The Bharati Airtel Group today announced a consolidated profit of Rs 6395.38 crore for fiscal 2008 with the fourth quarter profits netting Rs 1898.85 crore. The company reported to the BSE that the consolidated earnings of the group for 2007-08 was Rs 27,291.85 crore as against Rs 18,532.11 crore reported for fiscal 2007. The turnover in the fourth quarter was Rs 7,029.95 cr as against Rs 5,298.77 crore reported for the same quarter of 2006-07.
