630 litres of illicit spirit seized

Kochi, Apr 25 (UNI) City police seized 630 litres of illicit spirit and arrested two persons in this connection here today.

The arrested were identified as Udayan and Binu. The spirit was being transported in a Maruti van, police said.

The arrested would be produced before a court here tomorrow, police added.
