5 killed in separate accidents in UP

Lucknow, Apr 25 (UNI) Altogether five people including a minor and a school boy were killed in separate incidents in Uttar Pradesh today.

Report from Bareilly said three youths-- Guddu, Rais Miya and Tasleem-- were run over by a speeding train on the Delhi Shahajahanpur route under Katgar GRP this morning.

In another accident, a 12 year student Abhay Narain was crushed to death by a private bus under Sohwal police station in Gazipur district. After the accident, local villagers blocked the Gazipur- Jamania highway in protest.

In Gonda district a four-year-old infant was burnt alive in a fire incident in the Colonelganj police station area. Properties worth over lakhs of rupees were also gutted in the fire.
