2 leopard cubs found

Nashik, Apr 25 (UNI) Two leopard cubs were found in a farm near Vadhergate area of the city here today.

A 14-year-old girl, Vanita Porje, found the cubs in the farm owned by Ashok Porje.

Earlier, some sugarcane cutters had sighted a female leopard along with her three cubs. The leopard, along with one of the cubs, had later been sighted at another farm owned by Nivrutti Khole.

The Forest Department officials had taken the two cubs found at Porje's farm, under their care.

Meanwhile, the officials had launched a hunt for the female leopard.
