2 Hizb-ul-Mujahideen ultras killed in Gool

Jammu Apr 25: Two Hizb-ul-Mujahideen (HM) militants were shot dead by security forces in Gool area of Jammu today, Defence Spokesman said. On a tip-off, troops of 58 Rashtriya Rifles encountered and killed two HM militants in Bhimdasa in Gool area, Defence Spokesman Lt Colonel S D Goswami told UNI.

The slain militants were identified as Abu and Babar, he said. The Jammu area is under tight security today as Prime Minister Manmohan Singh is scheduled to arrive here on a two-day official visit.
