Victoria's biotech companies eye Indian market
Bangalore, Apr 24 (UNI) The best of Victoria's healthcare and biotechnology will be showcased through trade missions to India, targeting one of the world's biggest and fastest growing markets.
The healthcare services mission and a biotech mission to India, led by Victoria's Industry and Trade Minister Theo Theophanous, would end on April 26, a release said here yesterday.
''Its world class healthcare system and biotechnology is providing excellent standards of care through high clinical standards, extensive network of hospitals, skilled workforce and boasts of advanced medical research facilities,'' the release said.
Members of the healthcare mission include companies and organisations working in hospital, infection control and patient risk management services, healthcare products, and healthcare services and education and training.
They would meet local medical healthcare providers, hospital groups and public health authorities in Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi.
