Two people injured in attack by armed assailants

Phagwara, Apr 24: Six unidentified armed assailants attacked and seriously wounded two people in Joshian Mohalla here late last night.

They decamped after snatching Rs 20,000 and a gold chain from the injured, identified as Pawan and Subhash, who were admitted in Phagwara civil hospital.

Police registered a case.
