Teachers examination boycott ends in Poorvanchal university

Jaunpur, Apr 24 (UNI) The examination boycott by teachers of Veer Bhaudur Singh Poorvanchal University here today ended, following the announcement of establishment of three new centres under the centralised evaluation sytem.

In a meeting of varsity chancellor Prof R C Sraswat and officials of the Higher Education department, it was decided that three more evaluation centres would be set up apart from the varsity.

Following which, the teachers called off their boycott.
