SCR to run special train for competitive exam

Vijayawada, Apr 24 (UNI) The South Central Railway (SCR) will run a special train between Vijayawada and Chennai Central on April 26 and 27, to clear the extra rush of passengers for a competitive examination scheduled to be held in Chennai on April 29.

The Vijayawada-Chennai Central Special would leave Vijayawada on April 26 at 1100 hrs and reach Chennai Central at 1845 hrs, an SCR release said here today.

In the return direction, the Chennai Central-Vijayawada Special would leave Chennai Central at 1700 hrs on April 27 and arrive at Vijayawada at 2355 hrs, the release added.
