Hottest day recorded in Nashik
Nashik, Apr 24 (UNI) Nashik district of Maharashtra experienced the hottest day of the season today, recording a maximum temperature of 41.4 degrees Celsius.
On April 21, the maximum temperature was 39.0 degrees Celsius, whereas on April 22, it hit the 40.6 degrees Celsius mark and since then the steady rise is on, weather bureau sources stated.
Malegaon city of the district also registered a record temperature of 43.9 degrees Celsius yesterday.
The scorching heat had made life difficult for people here.
During the daytime, few people tread the streets.
