Eight killed as van collides with lorry

Chennai, Apr 24 (UNI) Eight people were killed when a van in which they were travelling collided with a lorry at Koothadupatti village near Harur in Dharmapuri district of Tamil Nadu today.

Reports received here said the deceased included four men and four women.

The victims, said to be hailing from Tiruvannamalai district, were on their way to a temple when the accident occurred.
