Counterfeit notes worth Rs 1.32 lakh seized

Bagha, Apr 24 (UNI) Police today arrested a person with fake notes valued at Rs 1.32 lakhs from Thakaraha police station in West Champaran district on Indo-Nepal border.

Superintendent of Police Vikash Vaibhav here said acting on a tip off, the local police raided a hideout at Malahi Tola under Thakaraha police station and arrested one Binod Yadav with fake notes.

Howover his accomplice manage to flee.

Mr Yadav was being interrogated to expose the racket on Indo-Nepal border, the SP added.
