BPCL clears JV proposal for Biofuel chain in UP

Mumbai, Apr 24 (UNI) The board of directors of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) have approved a joint venture proposal, to establish a bio-diesel value chain in Uttar Pradesh.

BPCL would have 33.33 per cent stake, to the extent of Rs 266 crore in the JV in association with Shapoorji Pallonji Co Limited and Nandan Biomatrix Limited, a Company release issued here said.
