Mafoi, Global Adjustments tie-up to offer destination services

Chennai, Apr 23 (UNI) Ma Foi Management Consultants, a leading HR service provider, has signed up with Global Adjustments Services, a cross-cultural services company, to combine their service offerings and cater to their clients worldwide.

Talking to newspersons here today, Ma Foi CEO K Pandia Rajan said Ma Foi would offer HR services to the clients of Global Adjustments while Global Adjustments would offer destination services, including cross cultural training, to Ma Foi's clients.

The partnership would make Ma Foi a one-stop-shop for all HR needs of clients and help them provide customised and unique services to global clients, who were keen in setting shop in India, he added.

''Both Ma Foi and Global Adjustments will work together to offer online cross-cultural learning to Ma Foi's customers,'' he said adding ''Ma Foi will work through its network of offices in India and abroad to market the service offering.'' Global Adjustments Founder and CEO Ranjini Manian said ''our clients are from large MNCs and over half of the 74 nationalities we have relocated in the past 13 years have asked us why we dont have a recruitment arm. Now we can offer this through our strategic partners MaFoi.

''With this important service added, we now have the most comprehensive and integrated set of services for expartriate needs in the country,'' she said.
