Police prevents magician from staging protest
Kochi, Apr 22 (UNI) Police today prevented magician Samraj from continuing a protest in a 'mobile mortuary' against Malayalam Superstar Mohanlal's plans to perform a stunt called 'Burning Illusion' in Thiruvananthapuram on April 27.
Police stopped the protest five minutes after the magician started to lie in the 'mobile mortuary' and was found unconscious due to extreme dip in the temperature.
Sources said the magician was taken to a local hospital and treated for hypothermia. His condition was normal.
Samraj was against Mohanlal performing the daredevil act ahead of an international magicians meet and was training for the past 18 months under the guidance of magician Gopinath Muthukad who heads a Magic Academy in the capital city.
