MRF tyre ranked highest in customer satisfaction

Chennai, Apr 22 (UNI) MRF, a leading tyre manufacturer, has been ranked highest in customer satisfaction with original equipment tyres in India, according to the J D Power Asia Pacific 2008 Customer Satisfaction Index study.

MRF, ranked highest for the third consecutive year and the sixth time during the last eight years in the J D Power study in India, has scored 836 out of 1,000, a company release said here today.

The study analyses new vehicle buyer's satisfaction with their original equipment tyres by examining five key factors.

The 2008 J D Power Original Equipment Tyre Customer Satisfaction Index study surveyed 3,381 new vehicle owners.

Earlier in the year, MRF Ltd had also won the NDTV/Car India Green Award, 2008 and the Overdrive Automotive Product of the year award, 2008, for its eco-friendly car radials.
