Mahindra Lifespace forms JV with subsidiaries

Chennai, Apr 22 (UNI) Mahindra Lifespace Developers, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, today announced entering into a Joint Venture (JV) agreement with its subsidiary companies for developing residential houses.

The JV would undertake development of a gated residential community, together with support, retail and recreational facilities, in about 55 acres within Mahinda Lifespaces' pioneering Special Economic Zone at Mahindra World City, a company release here said.
