New Delhi, Apr 21 (UNI) Time taken and costs involved were acknowledged by Lok Sabha Speaker Somnath Chatterji tonight among ''grey areas'' of justice system that need looking into.
A senior advocate himself, Chatterjee was answering questions after releasing a book on Investing in India published by FoxMandal Little, a firm of solicitors and advocates.
''Certainly those grey areas should be looked into,'' the Speaker said, recalling instances when litigants resorting to arbitration have had to compromise on their claims because the process goes on and on.
The 204-page book Chatterjee released is intended as a sort of primer for prospective investors.
