{image-lok sabha_22042008.jpg news.oneindia.in}New Delhi, Apr 22: The Bundelkhand issue rocked the Lok Sabha today with BSP members stalling the Question Hour.

Speaker Somnath Chatterjee adjourned the House till 1200 hrs after pandemonium prevailed for 15 minutes. As soon as the House met, Brajesh Pathak (BSP) stood on his feet, demanding suspension of the Question Hour to discuss the recent storming of the Bundelkhand's District Magistrate's office by Congress General Secretary Rahul Gandhi. Mr Pathak said he had already given a notice for the suspension of the Question Hour.

He was supported by his party colleagues, who also stood on their feet, raising slogans: ''Bundelkhand par rajniti bandh karo (Stop playing politics over Bundelkhand.'' Mr Chatterjee said he would allow discussion on the issue after the Question Hour like he had done thrice in the current session.

He said he would name the members raising the slogans, and asked them to resume their seats.

When his request went unheeded, he adjourned the House till noon.
