9 criminals held in police encounters
Lucknow, Apr 22 (UNI) Police today got hold of nine criminals during two different encounters and seized booty worth Rs 10 lakh from their possession in Ghaziabad district today.
According to police, Ashu, Rinku, Chotelal, Zulfikar and Imran were held by Loni police when they were planning a dacoity. Two pistols, few cartridges and three knifes were seized from them.
In another encounter, police nailed down Sonu, Mohd Imran, Prince and Kamal. Illicit weapons were revoverd from their possession.
