Blow to Bond, 007 car meets an untimely end

The 120,000 pounds sportscar met with the accident while being delivered on the set of Quantum of Solace by a stunt driver, who lost balance due to heavy rains and fell in the lake, the Telegraph reported. ''The driver suffered minor injuries and was rescued by firemen and taken to hospital,'' the paper quoted the producers of the film as saying. The latest Daniel Craig-starrer Bond flick, next in the long-running 007 series, is set to release later this year. It has so far been filmed on location in England, Panama, Chile and Mexico, with a further trip to Spain still coming up.
