3 people of marriage party killed in UP accident

Lalitpur, Apr 21: Three people of a marriage party were killed on the spot and 31 sustained injuries when a tractor trolley carrying them overturned near Maholi valley late last night, police said today.

Superintendent of Police Amit Chandra said here the accident took place as the driver of the tractor, carrying members of a marriage party, lost control over his vehicle.

The deceased have been identified as Gannu(30), Bhagarthi (25) and Kalle(40). Most of the injured were admitted to the government hospital here while five have been referred to Jhansi Medical College.
