Three students drown in pond

Kancheepuram (Tamil Nadu) Apr 19: Three school students, including two brothers, drowned while taking bath at a pond at Thirukatchur near Changalpattu in this district.

Police said Lokesh (14), his brother Gopinath (12) and Delhiraj (14) met with a watery grave yesterday as they drifted to a deep area in the pond.

The bodies, which were floating in the pond, were fished out and sent to the Chengalpattu Government Hospital for post-mortem today.
