Property worth lakhs gutted in UP mill fire

Bareilly, Apr 19 (UNI) Property worth several lakhs of rupees was reduced to rubble in a raging fire at a paper mill on the Lucknow-Delhi National Highway here today.

However, no casualty was reported.

The incident occurred in Bithri Chainpur area, where a major fire broke out at Rama Hyam Paper Mill this afternoon, police said.

The fire tenders took nearly five hrs to put off the blaze.

The reason behind the flames was under investigation.
