Panthers Party files FIR against former J
Jammu, Apr 18 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir National Panthers Party (JKNPP) today filed an FIR against the former Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, his daughter and Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) president, Mehbooba Mufti and State Finance Minister Abdul Hamid Qarra before city police here.
The FIR has been filed for non-cognizable offences under Sections 120-A, 120-B, 121, 124-A, 153 of Ranbir Penal Code, Jammu and Kashmir, seeking immediate arrest and trial of the PDP leaders for waging war against the Union of India.
However, the FIR was filed by the senior Panthers Party leaders and JKNPP Chairman Prof Bhim Singh.
