RBI issues notice to FIIs for Prajay Engineers Syndicate

Mumbai, Apr 17 (UNI) The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued a notification that allows Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) to purchase equity and convertible debentures through primary markets and stock exchanges upto 100 percent of paid up capital of Prajay Engineers Syndicate.

The notification was issued, following the resolutions passed in the Company's Board of Directors' and Extra-Ordinary General Meeting, a release stated today.
