Capt Bhatwadaker sent to 15 days judicial remand
Jammu, Apr 16 (UNI) A local court has granted 15-day judicial remand of Capt Chataniya Bhatwadaker, who was arrested for abetting suicide of his wife Capt Mega Razdan last year, sources said today.
Capt Bhatwadaker was produced before the Special Mobile Magistrate Electricity Jammu, M K Sharma last evening who granted him judicial custody for 15 days, the sources said.
Police had arrested the accused on April 1 on the charges of abetting the suicide of his 26-year-onld Army officer wife.
Observing the investigation in progress, the Magistrate, on the request of police, remanded the accused to judicial custody.
He also directed the police to complete the investigation expeditiously.
