Joint Forum to meet Naga groups for unity

Kohima, Apr 15 (UNI) The Joint Forum of the Nagaland Gaon Burahs(GBs) and Dobhashis (DBs) has decided to meet all the Naga underground groups to pursue peace and unity.

A release here today by Joint Forum convenor A Taku Longkumer and co-convenor H Illung Phom stated that a resolution to this effect was adopted during the meeting of the Forum held here yesterday and the date and venue would be decided by the members of the Forum after consulting the underground groups.

Issues including the violation of the factions' ceasefire agreement, killings and kidnappings among the underground factions would be raised during the meeting, the release added.
