Jai Menon Airtel's Customer Service

New Delhi, Apr 15: Country's leading telecom provider Bharti Airtel today appointed Dr Jai Menon as Director, Customer Service and IT. Dr Menon, who takes over from former Customer Service Director Carol Borghesi, handled the portfolio of IT and Innovation earlier, a statement said here. He had architected the macro-outsourcing S1 utility computing models for the company's IT and Content Services, it added.

"Jai will focus on injecting "responsiveness" into our service culture through two long-term strategic building blocks. First, building comprehensive modules for providing product and segment centric service capabilities for all Airtel offerings and second, focus on building an integrated leadership and organization within the Customer Service team," Manoj Kohli, president and CEO, Bharti Airtel.
