Murder accused commits suicide

Madurai, Apr 14 (UNI) A 21-year-old under-trial, who was recently released on conditional bail, allegedly committed suicide at Palamedu here today.

Police said Magudeeswaran, hailing from Kalayamuthur village in Dindigul district, was the prime accused in a murder case.

He was recently released on conditional bail by a Session's court.

The case was coming up for hearing on April 18. Fearing the court proceedings, Magudeeswaran ended his life by hanging himself at his relative's house, police said.
