Maoists' leader Prachanda meets Koirala

Kathmandu, Apr 13 : Communist Party of Nepal-Maoist (CPN-M) chairman Prachanda on Sunday met Nepalese Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala.

During the half-hour long meeting, two leaders discussed how the collaboration of the ruling parties could be kept intact until the nation gets a new constitution.

A statement issued by CPN-Maoist said that Koirala congratulated Prachanda on the success of his party in the election, and expressed hope that the collaboration among the parties would continue in the post-election period.

Prachanda on his part appreciated Koirala's role in conducting the polls successfully, nepalnews.com reported.
