4-year-old child dies, six fell ill after taking sweets in Kashmir

Srinagar Apr 13 (UNI) A four-year-old child died and six others fell critically after ill consuming sweets in south Kashmir, official sources said.

They said seven children in the age group of three to eight, resident of village Shurat in Kulgam, took some sweets near Panchayat Ghar.

However, after some time the children complained pain and started crying loudly.

The ill children were taken to hospital where one Sharief Ahmad was declared brought dead.

The other children have been admitted in children hospital here.

It was not known who gave them sweets.
