Man kills brother over land row

Kadapa, Apr 12 (UNI) A man allegedly shot dead his brother over a land dispute near Katinenivaripalli village of Rayachoti mandal in the district today.

Police said K Srinivas fired at his younger brother K Hari with a country-made revolver when the victim refused to hand over one acre land to him.

After the incident, Srinivas surrendered before the Rayachoti police. A case was registered against Srinivas under Section 302 and Arms Act.
