life term for 12 in murder case
Madhubani, Apr 11 (UNI) A fast track court of Madhubani today sentenced 12 accused to life imprisonment in connection with a murder case.
Justice Shyam Kumar Sah awarded life term to the twelve accused after hearing the arguments of both the prosecution and defence parties.
According to the charges, all the convicts were involved in the killing of one Chandrashwar Yadav of Katahari village under Loukahi police station area in the district. Mr Yadav was shot dead after a dispute over a plot of land in the said village on July 23, 2003.
