Bangalore, Apr 11(UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the Weather Office here at 0830hrs today.
Rainfall occurred at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka. Dry weather prevailed over Interior Karnataka.
Manchikere recorded 1 cm rainfall.
Maximum temperatures rose at a few places over North Interior Karnataka and changed little over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. They were below normal at most places being appreciably so at many places over North Interior Karnataka; below normal at a few places over South Interior Karnataka and were however above normal at a few places over Coastal Karnataka.
Gulbarga recorded the highest maximum temperature of 37.6 Degree Celsius over the State.
Forecast valid until Sunday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at isolated places over Coastal Karnataka and South Interior Karnataka. Mainly dry weather will prevail over North Interior Karnataka.
