Videocon Appliances rechristened Value Industries Ltd
New Delhi, Apr 10 (UNI) Videocon Appliances Ltd today said its Board has approved the change in name of the company from ''Videocon Appliances Ltd'' to ''Value Industries Ltd''.
The Registrar of Companies, Mumbai has issued its approval to the said change and issued fresh certificate from April 3, 2008, said a statement.
The company's principal activity is to manufacture and market a wide range of electrical and electronic products, which includes air conditioner, refrigerators, programmable washing machine and assemblies.
