Tata Tele Maharashtra to hive off passive tower business

New Delhi, Apr 10 (UNI) Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd today said its Board has approved hiving off of passive tower infrastructure undertaking to a wholly - owned subsidiary of the company.

The proposed slump sale of tower wndertaking is subject to approval of the shareholders by postal ballot and receipt of necessary approvals, consents, permissions and/or sanctions, said a statement.
