SECR to honour 101 employees

Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, Apr 10 (UNI) The South-East Central Railway (SECR) will honour 101 officials for their outstanding services during the railway week celebrations here tomorrow.

SECR spokesperson said here yesterday that surpassing the target given by railway board SECR had made a record of loading 121.4 million-tonne goods during 2007-08. This was the highest loading done by zonal headquarters. Besides, SECR also transported 910 lakh passengers last year.

The prize would be presented to motivate the staff for better work output. The awardees includ 14 officers, 87 group C and D officials (individual) and 23 departments (in group).

SECR General Manager Pradeep Kumar would present the prizes.
