Model Township in sea shore area

Kakinada, Apr 10 (UNI) A model township at a cost of Rs 40 crore will soon come up in a sprawling 25 acre area near the sea shore in Yetimoga on the city outskirts, MLA Mutha Gopalakrishna said today.

Addressing a press conference here, he said the township, where 4,000 people can live, would be the first of its kind and funded by the Centre.

The Centre has already earmarked Rs 10 crore for the township that includ construction of an overhead reservoir at a cost of Rs 1 crore, besides two Filteration plants and effluent treatment plants.
