Konkan Railway to run 18 special Rajdhani express trains

Mumbai, Apr 10 (UNI) Konkan Railway today announced 18 Rajdhani express summer specials would run on the Konkan route between Hazrat Nizamuddin and Kochuveli.

Konkan Railway has already announced 214 summer special trains during this year.

Train number 2432A special Rajdhani Express will run every Wednesday ex-Nizamuddin from April 9 to June 4. The train will be on Konkan Railway route (between Roha and Thokur) on Thursday, according to a release from Konkan Railway.

Train number 2431A special Rajdhani Express will run every Friday ex-Kochuveli from April 11 to June 6. This train will be on Konkan Railway route (between Thokur and Roha) on Saturday.

These special trains will have 13 coaches - one first AC coach, two 2-tier AC coaches, seven 3-tier AC coaches, one pantry car and two generator cars.

The Special Rajdhani Express trains would run on the path, timings and halts as of the regular 2431/2432 Hazrat Nizamuddin-Trivandrum Rajdhani Express trains, the release added.
