Geodesic Info to set up subsidiary in Mauritius

New Delhi, Apr 10 (UNI) Geodesic Information Systems Ltd today said it has decided to establish a subsidiary company in Mauritius to streamline its stake in its subsidiaries.

The subsidiary will also enable better integration and a smoother flow of information and operation, a statement said.

Geodesic opeartions involve developing innovative mobile solutions for information, communication and entertainment.
