Cong will win Betul bypoll: Kamal Nath
Chhindwara, MP, Apr 10 (UNI) Union Commerce and Industries Minister Kamal Nath today claimed that the Congress would emerge victorious in the Lok Sabha bypoll in Betul constituency.
''A wind of change is sweeping in Betul and the Congress will reap the benefit,'' Mr Nath said, alleging that the Madhya Pradesh Government was involved completely in Betul for the BJP. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan was regularly making announcements.
He held the government was responsible for inflation and questioned price rise in food items despite bumper crop.
Polling will take place on April 12 for the bypoll, which was necessitated by the death of BJP MP Vijay Khandelwal. The BJP has fielded his son Hemanth Khandelwal as party candidate, while Mr Sukhdeo Panse is the Congress nominee.
